From The Bahamas to Florida, North Carolina and Texas, Modern Construction Services (MCS) has successfully completed several commercial projects.  Commercial projects require a lot of sophistication, coordination with multiple municipalities and precise scheduling to account for traffic, occupied spaces, confined working environments and often multiple owners.
